Personally , i don't think any versions of the guy would be much of a problem for either Klitschkos. (who knows , maybe an upset against Wlad....a KO can always happen)... Vs Vitali ? It would probably end up like the Lennox fight...A 12 round jab fest / UD victory....not a certainty , but very likely. I'd love to see him vs Haye or even Valuev though. (maybe Chambers too)
i heard people say tua wuld beat tyson i disagree tua is like a worse version of tyson who do u think wuld win
I don't know...I think Tua's style is too different to even compare...Both are about 5'10...they almost have the same reach...but different approach. Tua went the distance vs Lennox....Tyson didn't. Prime Tyson lost against Douglas & couldn't finish the likes of Tillis & Green. On the other hand..Byrd was too smart for Tua... Maybe Tyson could beat him by UD....I doubt he'd ko him though. Tua's chin is almost on par with Mavrovic...maybe just as good. (i'm mentioning Mavrovic because he took lennox' best & most powerful shots like they were nothing) Let's not forget that Tyson was also frustrated vs Botha...(who was outboxing him before the ko)...and holyfield too..A calm & composed Tyson would probably beat Tua i think... But again , anything is possible...especially if the guy lands several power shots. (Tua's ko power is one of the most impressive in the entire sport)...More so than Shavers.
Tua has it in him to KO someone like Haye or Chambers. But he's not beating the Klitschkos unless he lands a few bombs and follows it up on Wladimir. Even then Wladimir has good survival skills now with Emanuel Steward as his trainer.
Why is everyone obsessing over this fat overrated slob? He will never win a world title from now until he retires. He will NOT beat any klit.
At the end of the day neither of the brothers brings to the ring what Lennox did. Yeah you've got a guy that can box and use his natural physical advantages to great effect in Wlad, but he doesn't have the jaw Lennox had, and just plain isn't as comfortable with shots coming at him. In Vitali you've got a guy that can bang and definately take a shot, but isn't as naturally fluid as Lewis was. While either of the brothers pose a seemingly insurmountable obstacle to Tua, it's not because of the ways they are like Lennox, but the way they are like themselves. Anyway everyone seems to say that Lennox laid the bluepriont to beat Tua, not true. He only showed the way to beat THAT Tua, who if you're familiar with you'll realise turned in one of the poorest performances of his career. There are a lot of good fights for Tua out there right now. Plenty of good matchups he can win, plenty of overhyped preteders waiting to be exposed, and 2 genuinely great brothers that stand between him and his goal. Before the Klit huggers get going - I'm not sayng Tua's coming to knock out the Klits or that it's likely - I just want him to and feel that if he's on his game he's a handful for anyone out there.
true BUT he's one of the great "what ifs" in boxing, along with rival ibeabuchi. a prime tua, the one who shows up only sporadically now, has an all time chin, all time left hook, tremendous late round ko boxing and solid skills. However he has kryptonite: the jab. Anyone with a jab ALWAYS stand a chance against tua. Just like he has a punchers chance, anyone with a jab has a jabbers chance. He's easy to outbox for long periods of time. This has always been his weakness. The fight with Ibeabuchi may have been an anamoly as he threw a ton of punches, used sustained pressure and had punch variety. Personally, I see this tua as being at least in competition with any heavyweight of the last 20 years. Problem is he only showed up once
The thing is.... i dont need him to beat a klit. Just because he cant beat wlad or vitali (which i dont think he could ever do) doesnt mean hes not a badass that id love to see take care of everyone else in the division.... the possible matchups with tua are exciting.
His awesome power and granite chin has made him a contender for years, but these two attributes alone have not and never will propel him to the top. He simply doesn't have the other tools necessary to become champion. Very entertaining fighter to watch though.
Personally, I think he could beat Monte Barrett and Valuev ... so he's good enough to be a world champ.
