I know big guy... it was a clear over-exaggeration I made in order to make fun of this guy's flawed logic.
yeah hes still a novice. :rofl:rofl Just jiving ya farmboy:hey I know hes come and gone a few times in the past but this is the thing.... He is back to stay, but I wont go as far as saying he is as good as he was in his prime.....but i will say the division is in tatters and will suit Tua right down to the ground. I foresee him surprising a few people in the top ten very shortly.
If Tua fights some good fighters, gets TV exposure, he will get a shot at title. Needs a couple more fights at least. His name can rise again and perhaps sell some tickets.
**** ticket sales dammit man!! we want heads rolling and spilt blood and that kind of ****!deal for fk sakes buddy!whats with you country folks over there?? Read my lips "fk ticket sales":amen:cus
**** off. Tua has proved himself more already than anyone in the top ten except Klitschkos. He can knock any of those bums out. line them up one week after another. He'll run through the lot.
Farmboy is only saying that Tua needs to get back into match fitness capability and keep moving forward by fighting regularly. I tend to agree with the match fitness bit,and how else does a fighter get ready for a 12 rounder if he doesnt fight regularly to earn a spot....not that Tua is waiting at the end of a mile long line of high calibre fighters, but he will be eliminating a few that are ahead of him on the way to his next title shot.:deal
I get that Stormy. No-one wants to believe the hype around Tua because he has been a bitter disappointment. He always has been. Even when he was coming up who the **** had heard or Rahman, Ibeabuchi, Maskaev, Ruiz, they were bums at that time for the NZ public. The fact is I stand by my comments. He is a class act. His limited boxing skills are obvious. We all want him to box Meehan before he takes a Klitschko, just to have a trial run. The facts remain. Klitschkos ain't Lennox. I still back him against anyone, any day of the week. Despite his obvious boxing flaws.
Chambers lost his shot this year due to Wlad signing up for a fight but forgetting to tell him about his shoulder operation. What about Tua Chambers?!?!? Probably the worst fight for Tua but WTF? Times not his side. He might as well go balls out.
Tua hit Cameron with three separate left hooks before Cameron had a chance to react. Very fast. Chambers vs Tua? Perfect. But Chambers is in too good a position to take that fight. How about Tua vs Ruiz II?
Fighting Ruiz again dont do too much for me im afraid to say. But he is a ranked fighter so that a good place to start i guess. Tua has 3 more fights that he has to do under contract with MTV broadcasting in NZ, so that may have some impact on who he fights next due to the financial limitations. But as long as he has a live target in front of him im happy.:thumbsup
