Yep, he sure was. American boxing media covered it up, but MRI does not lie, blood tests, urine tests, Ratner resigning, doctors worried about diabetic coma, some drugs cause diabetes, not one sign of concussion and Vlad was tired in the very first round, lips turned blue. Uncle Byrd was referee, Chris Byrd was at ringside, Brewster also cousin. Don King would not allow Vlad near Brewster. Brewster lost his title, Don King dropped him, then he finally allowed a rematch which was a complete mismatch. Vlad does not get tired in first round, nore seconds, nore 5th, never has. Just one time in the 11th round very early in his career, and his corner stopped it. Vlad beats all the American heroes, so they invent imaginary fights for him to lose.

Missing ID, video, no betting allowed on Vitali's fight. The Judd letter has a lot of info which America media tried their best to ignore. I don't blame Vlad for wanting to know what caused his quasi diabetic coma, he send in two blood and urine tests, both disappearing. How convienient was that? Pretty convienient. Rematch show how inferiour Brewster was. Don King and Klaus Peter Kohl were pretty chummy that night.

In my humble opinion Tyson in his prime would have beaten any other heavyweight in history.

I think think he's the best there's ever been.

    ****. ****ing spelling.

but **** man, i'm a huge tyson fan. iron mike beat the hell out of you even before you entered the ring.

he was the master at intimidation but he was not invincible.
fighting him at a distance till he tires out is a good way to iron out a victory in my opinion.

Tyson was my favorite when his was in his prime. I couldn't wait to see another Tyson fight, the along came King. However, styles make fights.

Yes he would as long as he had Kevin Rooney as his trainer and Billy Cayton as his manager and promoter.

Tyson is mentally weak, but because Kevin Rooney put him through an intense training he had Tyson mentally prepared to make up for that weakness. Not to mention that Rooney knew Cus's style, so Rooney would give good ring advice too.

What people don't know is that Kevin Rooney had Tyson sparring 15 rounds a week and training 8 weeks straight to prepare him for Michael Spinks. I don't think Vitali or Wlad could beat that Tyson, especially when they're vulnerable to the body and Tyson is very good body puncher.

sparring is really different when your inside the ring already for an actual fight.

all tysons losses, buster to holyfield and lennox came in the later rounds already when basically mike has spent his main tank.

and michael spinks did not provide the right challenge for him. he was good only for 96 seconds remember.

spinks is not the big heavyweight who can pose enough problems for mike. in this age, spinks would probably be a cruiserweight.

lennox, and the klitchskos both have size and power and cannot be muscled into a corner. tyson was used to bullying his opponents but a good jab and a massive right hand can derail anyfighter, tyson or no tyson.

Does Brewsters detached retina have any less credence than your theory that reads like Nexus magazine on cocaine?

tyson didnt train hardly for the douglas fight he was "going thru japanese women like grapes" he also didnt train much for holyfield who also headbutted him repeatedly that made him black out.

Against lewis it was way past his prime and he was only there for the payday

granted but he actually kd douglas in the 8th. the count was too long which gave douglas time to recover.

after that tyson was already gassed out and buster had a very good right.
holyfield is one of the dirtiest players i have seen.

Well,Thyson somehow managed to beat the likes of McNeeley and Seldon, but he is a bit overrated nowadays.
Let us not forget that there was no competition from the countries of the former soviet union then! Easy to beat up a bunch of American clubfighters and no-hopers.
In today's heavy weight division he would have found his match far earlier than he did back then(what was that fat guy's name who beat him in Japan? Buster? Bluster?).
Both Klitschko brothers would probably beat him quite easily.
