Many people say Tyson's prime was in 87-88 which I agree but IMO Tyson 95-96 was every bit as good as he was back in the 80s.

 

A draw. It would be a draw with multiple knockdowns, bites, head butts, hitting on the break, elbows, and hitting on the ground.
