Tyso was far more skilled. Tua is likely the physically stronger of the two with the bigger one punch power, but otherwise he's outdone in every area.

Tyson on a lopsided twelve round decision.

tyson in a very strange clinic.
tyson could box but with handspeed and power advantage as well with a hieght deficit there was no point to stay on the outside.
i would love to see tyson out jab and move tua. lol
but he did out jab and out box tucker in the later rounds....a world class 6'5 defencive boxer...so i wouldnt be surprised.

prolly a boring fight to be honest. 2 aggresive fighters who look for the one punche usually slam together and start clinching.

i think tyson workrate defence and speed will win the fight in a 12ud

Tyson was a much more polished fighter than Tua ever has been or ever will be. In terms of skill, technique, defensive ability, Tyson was on a level Tua has never got to & most likely, never will rise to.

Tyson would have hit Tua a lot more times than Tua would have Tyson. Mike would have been too fast, too fast for Tua.

Tua has a great chin, but I fancy Tyson to work the body, wear Tua down for a stoppge around the seventh.

you got a point there i just remembered when chris byrd a powderpuff slickster...hurt tua with a left uppercut to the body.

:think yeah it coudl be posssible for a tyson stoppage over tua

I'll favor a prime Tyson due to superior foot and handspeed, head movement, etc. But Tua always will have the chance to turn it around or seriously hurt with one punch, and if they go to war, Tua will have the superior chin as well.

    Tua is under-rated technically.

    Tyson easy UD.

    tyson wins this CLEARLY.

showing the difference between a solid, yet dangerous fighter and a true great,.

His defense is under rated but his overall technique/adaptability was pathetic against boxers.. Tua was ATG caliber against punchers but against stick and movers he often looked like he had no idea what to do.

They would both come to fight, very close maybe Tua with his superior stamina, maybe.

Tyson and it wouldnt even be close. Mike was on another level altogether from Tua. The ONLY question in this fight is does Tua last the distance, or not. I say not. Tyson would be hitting him ALOT, and with fast punches he doesnt see. Tyson TKO 10.

Tua's chin is extremely sturdy. Tyson: UD.

... oh and Tyson stops Foreman, circa round 9. Handspeed, movement, defence and technique are on a different level. Power and chin equal. Tyson will land first everytime and Foreman with his porous defence isn't taking those power shots all fight long. Patterson, Marciano, Dempsey and Frazier (obviously) are the only heavys from my top 15 or so who I'd pick with conviction in favour of Foreman. I just think he's more vunerable head to head than some and is bothered by speed, jab and movement.
