    Probably.

Intresting to see if Haye lands clean on Tyson first.

I'd say the first lander is the one to win, and most definitely by KO. History would obviously say Tyson, but I'm not sure, Haye might be the quicker man.

Whoever says Haye might KO Tyson is IMO totally delusional.

I've not suggested he'd knock him out.

I agree that Tyson stops him, it'd just be intresting to see if Tyson comes out hard and fast, and if he changes once Haye hits him clean, if he becomes a little more reserved in his approach.

Tyson's style is all wrong for Haye. Haye has great speed and reflexes, but it isn't enough against Tyson.

Once Mike lands (and he does it in early rounds for sure), he knocks Haye out cold.

First round, probably quicker than he dispensed Michael Spinks.

So a hard talented puncher with an average chin VS an extremely talented, rediculous puncher with a very strong chin.

    Tyson KO round 1

    Horrible mismatch

    Tyson early KO, with ease.

People forget how FAST Mike was. He could land a counterpunch faster than Wlad could even think of throwing one. - And he typically threw in massive bunches.

Also, PRIME Tyson really knew how to cut off the ring. (He got a little lazy in later years) Haye would not be able to escape.

Last: If Haye has a defensive weakness, it would be leaving his body exposed when he throws those Hayemakers. No HW in history was better able to slip a punch then move in and attack the body like Prime Tyson.

KO within the first three rounds, and I'd bet my house on it.

Haye would get horribly smashed and brutalised in the early rounds and most likely require assistance leaving the ring. The knockdowns (assuming Mike doesn't knock him cold) would be comical and HL reel worthy.
