I tend to agree. Ali's style in his prime all the dancing that he did makes him an ideal oponent for Tyson. If you get a chance watch the first Ali/Patterson fight. Keep in mind that Patterson is the prototype for Tyson. Trained by D'Matto as well. Past his prime he is able to land on Ali and make him miss. The only real diffrence is that there are openings that Patterson had because of his abillity to make Ali miss that perhaps because he was past his best he was not able to take advantage of. I have no dobut that a prime Tyson would make Ali mis more and be able to take advantage of those openings. The only question is how solid is Ali's chin. A post prime Ali is not as exciting as he was in his younger days, but he was much more savy and ring wise. Ali would stay in front of Tyson hitting and holding when he needed to. I think the way to beat Tyson is basicily stay in front of him hit and hold and hope you can score a knockout in the late rounds of the fight. As this style is not going to win you many rounds with the Judges. Ali dose a lot of things very well but he is not a puncher. You may point out that he was able to make Foreman punch himself out. However Tyson is not Foreman and is much better at not waisting his punches.
