Tyson brought alot more to the ring than Shavers. Think he would make Shavers look second rate and have him out of there in 6-7
Stupid question. Tyson kills him. I guess it's interesting in theory to some people if you disregard Shavers' jaw, Shavers' lack of skills, defense, speed or general coordination. Tyson was a lot more than a power puncher and Shavers was a slugger with an average jaw. Tyson would knock him out in less than 4 rounds and this is one of those cases where disagreement is ignorance or some sort of political Ali agenda supporting/Tyson undermining.
I'm far from one of those guys who thnks Tyson ko's every heavyweight in history in a few rounds but he blows Shavers out. Shavers could crack but he was simply not in Tyson's league. Tyson by early ko.
Yeah this was my thinking. He might hurt Tyson early but tysons head movement, speed and accuracy gets him out of there The people saying this was dumb would have still been excited if this fight had ever happened :yep (not that it could have haha)
Wow Shavers was/is HORRIBLY overrated, he got KO'd in like his 10th fight, got KO'd in one ****ing round against Quarry, not to mention whenever he decided to step up to world-class competiton he not only lost, but lost in brutal fashion (i.e. Edison Miranda) i mean, he had a few good scraps here and there, but thats just his opponents getting caught up in a DUMBASS exchange with him before they get their senses together and out-box and usually stop him, when has Shavers EVER won one of these famous brawls he's known for????? :huh
