Prime Tyson Vs Valuev....Could Iron Mike KO the Circus Freak?

Discussion in 'World Boxing Forum' started by Jeff Young, Jun 22, 2009.

  1. Agreed- people are all over Tyson's nutz on this website like bees on honey:tired **** give it a rest, Tyson was given tough fight's by Bonecrusher Smith, Tucker, and James Tillis, and was waxed by a 42-1 dog Buster, not exactly HOF'S:-( ...
To many people hate on Valuev, at least he dosen't get KTFO by 42-1 dogs, quit like a ***** in the middle of a match, or bite people's ears when he starts losing:verysad...

I don't think Mike would KO Valuev. Valuev would lean on him and borehug him for 12 rounds.

Tyson wins clean on the cards (maybe even some 10-8 rounds on pure standard alone) and everybody goes home pissed.

thats the way i feel too, i think the tyson that won his first world title beats any heavyweight in history......and KO's Ali IMO.....also too if it took lennox 9 rounds to KO mike who was both a mental and physical mess, i would take prime mike to KO prime lewis....

Tyson didn't need gift decisions against mediocre fighters like Larry Donald,Jean Francois Beeker, John Ruiz and a 97 yr old Evander Holyfield either.

Tyson could not KO Valoeuv. Hell, Valouev has a chin of granite. Valouev is just too big for Tyson, huge. Valouev has boxing ability, great jab, strong as Hell. I think Tyson might hurt Valouev's knee?

I would not bet on a KO.

I would bet on a boring Tyson win over 12 rounds.

Tyson habitually struggled to get sufficient leverage against taller, heavier fighters of all abilities. Seriously, research it.

Therefore I actually think he struggles to knock Valuev out.

Tyson would knock out Valuev well within 4 rounds easily, after catching him with his first damaging shot. Valuev wouldn't be able to hold him off and would be finished by an uppercut.

i think valuev is one of these fighters that is only "out on his feet" type guys, i could see mike ****ing him up against the ropes about to go down, but he ate so many shots he is just out on his feet so the ref steps in.....

Tyson would throw a combo to the body and as Valuev tries to back off he slinks forward, throws a leap in left hook and decapitates him.
