It's pretty obvious I never hid it. But there were other low blows before that which prompted Don King to complain during the fight because he saw the ref not doing anything about it.
I remember the fight lil homie dont make things up. It doesn't matter though bottom line is that Tito Whooped him and up to that point nobody ever tested Tito the way Vargas did. Tito broke down during the post fight press confrence saying the fight was so draining on him.
Thats why i didn't comment back on that comment. Vargas was the most promising 96 olympian up until the Tito fight nuff said.
Who's making things up?...not me all you have to do is watch round 8 to see Vargas hitting low 3 times again the only diffrence is that Tito did'nt complain about it. I don't have nothing against Vargas he was a great fighter who beat top notch competition and your right that the Vargas fight was Tito toughest win, my point is to give credit where credit is due.
I have to disagree, I believe most looked at the man in my avatar as the most promising from the 1996 olympic team.
Man thats a hell of a fight... Im taking Vargas by late tko or ko... To strong to tough to skilled... In his prime dude was a monster.
Vargas was a beast but PTP has ATG potential. I see the same fight as you with PTP using his reach and keeping Vargas at the end of his jab. Ulitimately PTP would score a late round stoppage.
