I saw veron front row fight sergio mora and he didn't look very good at all. I know he was past his prime, but still no chance against maywether. His crackhead old man is always nervous floyd could lose, I just don't see it.

Excellent answer. I always had the other guy guessing. I remember when I first starting boxing and questioned my self mentally while in the ring why the hell isn't this combo still working. I actually used bodywork to the surprise of the opponent. Amatuers is more flashy and throwing head shots. I really was not a big Chavez fan, but I do miss those left hooks to the body he use to throw.

That 2nd Mayorga fight was a sickening robbery.

I could be wrong, but I think he had problems with his shoulder during that fight. I honestly can't remember the fight confusing the both at times. Which one was were Mayorga dropped his hands and Forrest whacked him and nothing happened. I think the judges were going with all the machismo Mayorga was forcing. King fighter too. I believe they were going to have a third fight at 154 at one time.

Prime Vernon Forrest has a good chance to beat damn near anybody at 147 on any given night. He was a monster in his prime, before his injuries. Not many people seem to remember that.

he would have had a good chance, simply cos he was a bigger man with sound technical ability.

but i still think floyd wouldve won a comfortable decision in the end, first 4 rounds may have been tough, but floyd would've adjusted.

lets not forget forrest lost to mayorga and mora.

He avenged his loss to Mora but mayorga was too wild for him. And most importantly, Floyd and Mayorga don't fight alike. They're like complete opposites when you think about it lol.

Prime Oscar, prime Mosley, and prime Forrest all would of beaten Floyd. And that wouldn't be nothing to be ashamed of. Against Tito, Floyd might of won 7 out of 10 rounds, but there was a chance a prime Tito might of been able to catch him and score a knockdown at least. He was also a great bodypuncher. I really don't think Floyd would employ the shoulder roll much in this one. He did his best to stay off the ropes with Mosley I think he'd do the same with Tito. Corey Spinks vs. Floyd would of been great.

Forrest had been having serious arm problems for years, and took cortisone shots before fights regularly to numb the pain enough for him to throw it. By the time he fought Ricardo it was totally shredded. Hell it was in terrible shape when he fought Mosely.

I like Mayorga, I think he's very underrated as a welterweight, but I don't think he beats a healthy Viper.

Mayweather would be in the mix with a good chance to win against any of them, and I think his chances would be best against Tito. PBF could box him like ODLH did, and do it for all 12 rounds. ODLH was 50/50 with Pernell, and I think he would be with PBF as well. Maybe I edge toward Oscar at 147, but PBF at 140 and 135.
