I commented this the last time there was one of these matchups:

    Usyk beats Vitali
    Vitali beats Wlad
    Wlad beats Usyk

Wladimir Klitschko couldn't beat Puritty, Sanders, or Brewster. He was absolutely bamboozled by Fury. There's no way that he would beat Usyk. Usyk is said to have got the better of Wladimir Klitschko in sparring.

Maybe, I'm not as high on Wlad as others are.. But, we're taking prime versions of every fighter, and to be fair to Wlad, the version that lost to Puritty, Sanders, or Brewster wasn't anywhere close to prime yet.

I think prime Wlad uses his jab and size to negate Usyk in a defensively-sound performance. We'll see on Saturday if Usyk can deal with a much heavier super-heavyweight anyway.

It just so happens that his prime was beating over hopeless opposition...

Usyk is a massive favourite over both brothers.

Too slick for Vitali, too accurate for Wlad.

What are Wladimir Klitschko's top five wins? Please provide a justification for each selection. I'd be interested to read that.

Waste time with some kid who thinks Wlad only lost to the top three guys he fought back then?? Hey kid, take whatever win you need to get through the day. Good on you, champ!

It's a boxing forum and you don't want to discuss boxing because you're too invested in winning an argument. It's all very juvenile. If I'm a kid, god knows how old you are. My youngest grandchild is twenty-two.

I'm glad to discuss. I also when when someone is a waste of time and effort. LIke I said, if you actually believe Wlad's losses to those three are indicative that those were the three best he's fought, well, that's on you. Were Purrity, Brewster, and Sanders all better than Povvetkin? David Haye? Ibragimov? How about Chris Byrd? Samuel Peters in the first fight? Ray Mercer? And how in the world did Wlad beat Brewster in a rematch if Brewster was so much better?
