You'd have to be a major dumbo to write off a guy who has lost a handful of rounds in his entire career to a guy whose best win is over a mentally flaky 39 year old champion in a stinker of a non-fight. Cue Dino ...

Did that sound cool in your head before you typed it out? I got news for you Doza , Ali was past prime at the age of 32 when he beat Foreman. Age doesn't = prime..
    39 Ali = 49 Wlad.

We all saw the performance Wlad produced 2 years after that loss against Joshua which proved how good he still was against Fury.

For your analogy to match up , Ali would have fought Mike Tyson after Berbick , floored him and was on even terms against him going into the 11th.

That didn't happen because Ali never fought again because he was in shocking condition even in the Larry Holmes fight. WK on the other hand looked better than he's ever been against AJ and that why it was awarded Fight Of The Year.

The WK that Fury beat was multiple levels above the shot to pieces Ali of the Berbick fight and the Lewis of the Vitai fight.

Berbick , Holmes , Tyson , Fury all beat the former era's champ no problem.. Except Vitay.. Vitali is one of the very few in boxing history that LOST his passing of the torch fight.

He wasn't good enough against skilled SHW and Fury is the best since Lewis. This is a styles match up and you don't understand the styles that make boxing.
Vitali simply doesn't posses the tools or skills to beat Fury. Simple as that.

    Vitali stops him easily

Fury was an uncoordinated bobble-headed clown who was dropped by cruiserweight USS Cunningham

Vitali clobbers him into a quick submission

You must be joking... Vladimir was old and finished vs joshua at athlete, doesn't matter if he looked athletic or with a muscular body, the tank was empty and still he gave joshua a hell droping and hurting him.joshua is an overrated joke.fury is much better i hope he come back and schools him and the clown wilder

@Mendoza predicted Wlad would knock Joshua out.

Vitali is great against people who stand in front of him, who have a big frame and limited movement. If you think for a second that tyson is gonna stand in front of vitali and trade with him, you've got another thing coming. Tyson Fury is very adaptable, has great footwork and good head movement. It's a nightmare for vitali. I see vitali being more aggressive than wlad, and therefore landing a bit more. But he isn't as technically skilled as wlad, and against fury that will cost him big in a 12 round decision. Fury on points for sure.

Vitali chased down Larry Donald who's got very good footspeed, and a far more proven chin that Fury. I'm simply amazed at how many people think Fury is that great based on beating a 39 year old Wlad, and when you turn the tables on a guy like Dino, asking him if he thinks Trevor Berbick who defeated a 39 yea old Ali would defeat Tyson or Lewis based on beating a way past his prime legend, he runs like a roach under a bright light avoiding a yes or no reply! Tells you everything...

Few is non UK Fury fans think he'd defeat Vitali. As I pointed out he was shaky in some fights, and had a suspect chin!

If I see BS or lies here in a history form, I correct them. We both know you're not interested in a debate with me. A curious change for you, in the past you have been active in some of my threads...

I got Vitali by KO in the later rounds, and believe he could have scored a few knockdowns before that. Fury's got some skills, but I don't think he's nearly as good as the Wlad fight made him look.

No he didn't. .Larry was old , shot and his legs were GONE when he fought Vitali. .

No more apt comparasion is Byrd. Watch how Vitali could barely land a glove on Byrd who was laying up against the ropes. Fury had better movement than the flat footed Byrd who fought the fight after laying on the couch. . And lets not forget that Byrd had never seen Vitali box.. He never even SEEN him fight?? hahahah

He couldn't knockout Kevin Johnson who was standing right in front of him because he moved his head a little. .Vitali is not knocking down any target that moves. Its impossible for him.

I actually picked Fury to beat both Klitsckos about 5—6 years ago and people just laughed.

Fury would handle Vitali. Physically, he's bigger than him, and more skilled than Vitali

Fury can be caught napping, but I don't think he'd do that vs Vitali

I don't see Vitali knocking Fury out or out boxing him.

I think Fury beats a lot of past ATGs
