There's a reason the "Mexican warrior" Margarito had no interest at all in avenging his loss to Williams and instead after his Cotto victory elected to take on a Shane Mosley who had looked like garbage against Mayorga.
He hates Larry. Doesn't have to tell him everything. Fact: He retired due to a major injury to his body. :yep
Wiliiams would easily KO Broner, Khan, Malignaggi, Rios, Karass, Lopez, Guerrero, Zaveck, and Collazo. Pacquiao, Ortiz, Judah, and Alexander are all southpaws so who knows what would happen, I would still favor him to KO them as well but wouldn't be surprised if he lost to any of them including Ortiz. He'd UD Marquez, Bradley, Alvarado, Brook, Berto, Thurman, Maidana, Porter, and Garcia. Floyd is a toss up but I'd go with PWill. Overall Paul would be a beltholder and top 3 in the division.
funny how he contradicts himself in the larry interview. atsch larry, "floyd there are still fights to be made like cotto" floyd, "cotto is a good fighter. but i am happy with what i accomplished in my career." :hi:
Floyd, body injury forced him to retire for 1 1/2 years. :hey:hi: Fact: He came back and beat Cotto Fact: He's 45-0, top 20 atg, undefeated, highest earne in sports for the last 3 years!!! :good:hi: Fact: It was at the end of the fight, he couldn't tell him everything!!
those facts prove nothing to why he retired for 2 years. all history has shown is the big fights happened when floyd wasnt there:deal
Body injury. Fact: He would have easily beaten Cheatarito, Cotto As it showed when he came back. Beat Cotto easy in 2012.
cotto was already in 2 wars. he wouldnt go near margarito. when he saw him he shi- bricks. margo demanded a fight, floyd said "ill ill ill fight you" in fear.
Middleweight couldn't knockout Williams, Pac's not gonna... This is Williams' fight for sure... I suppose Pac could outbox him, but this isn't exactly Brandon Rios or Margarito we're talking about here. Oh God... Much more skilled Tim Bradley is way too small and not defensive enough... Reminds me of the Joe Louis vs Vitali Klitchko thread See Tim Bradley, but worse See Pacquiao but worse... MUCH WORSE... And without the chance of outboxing him. I haven't seen how slick Thurman could be just yet, but he is powerful. This would be a good one to watch, but Thurman's too green for me to know for sure. U already did... Thurman LWW He might actually make Garcia look good, but in the end, he'd be getting picked apart at a distance. Not with jabs and straight rights, but with those ridiculously longer, longer than most heavyweights arm punches he throws that for some reason still have some notable KO power. See Maidana... Maybe a more exciting fight (arguably) but otherwise the same affair. He's a welterweight now anyway, but he's too defensively irresponsible. The speed would be interesting, but no... He'd get clipped and wobbled, and probably stopped... See Maidana Based on that I'd say p4p #3 or 4... He'd obviously knock Bradley out of the way... Only Floyd, Ward, and Manny would have a chance of being ranked higher See this is just propaganda... Pac would have ducked him for sure (unless someone else managed to expose some kind of weakness in Pac's favor), but so would Floyd. Out of everyone named, Floyd has the best chance of beating him, but would probably be the least likely to fight him, outside of MAYBE Pac None of them other than MAYBE (HUGE MAYBE) Thurman or Bradley I'd actually expect to fight him though, that's for sure
Fact: Floyd would have destoryed Cheatarito Fact: Floyd told Arum to get him the fight for 10m, Arum said no. Floyd went to fight DLH/Hatton, big money fights. Did loads for his legacy. :smoke
margarito would have beaten him to death like he did to cotto. they offered him 8 million, floyd said no de la hoya was already way past his prime. hatton was already exposed by collazo before the floyd fight where he was awarded a gift. :smoke
