And then you woke up and realized it was just a dream.
    Both K brothers beat Ali.
Ali is the most overrated boxer in history.

Zhang Vs Foreman was real early on in my stay here on BF24, but I think from that thread alone I instantly learned how delusional NoNeck is.

Oh man I remember that, then he laughably accused me of somehow altering his posts and claimed to have reported me.

I have Ali ranked above Wlad. But that's mainly for Wlads earlier career and I see this as a tossup where I wouldn't be surprised if either won easily. Ali did beat the 2 most dominant HW champs in Liston and Foreman when no one thought he could but Wlad had the most well rounded dominance of any HW champ where he could knock fighters down at will but also beat anyone 12-0. Ali obviously was fighting in the most respected era in the early 70s and Wlads era is closer to the other end of the spectrum but Wlad is not a good matchup for Ali. The best point fighter at HW Ali fought was Jimmy Young and while Jimmys a better pure boxer than Wlad he didn't have Wlads size or power.

Thinking about it besides Foreman(who Ali beat) and maybe Louis Wlad at his best might be the single toughest opponent for Ali of all the HW champs.

70s Ali was more stationary I would favor Klitschko here but prime Ali wins on points

Ali boxes his ears off to an easy 15 round decision, winning 12-3.

Wlad used an amateur's gameplan for his reign because when he tried to box like a pro boxer he got KO'd.

Wlad entered a division with talented full sized HWs. Fought none of the A side of that division, and lost multiple times during that time.

The old talents fade out and Klitschko rules over a division of short, fat, and/or old, HWs.

Not a single win worth mention or brag

Not a single fight worth mention or brag

There isn't even a sequence often brought up to highlight Wlad's abilities.

Then a fat man who can box shows the world just how easy it is to beat an amateur boxer when you're equipped with pro skills by defeating the long reigning champion with nothing but the ability to pivot.

Lost that "lineal" given to him on the basis he was 1 and ruslan was 2 and ratings for a lineal title meant to harken back to sullivan, you know, before ratings exist, makes sense and isn't some bull**** Ring made up for promotion.

Compared to Ali. One of the best resumes, best display of skills, beyond reproach belt gatherer, and true champion not dependent on anyone's view at the time.

Y'all stupid, racist, or xenophobic? I can think of no other reason anyone would give Wlad the nod here.

I think you're deliberately just hard to communicate with and like disagreeing with me in every topic to drag out conversations and this thread is a pure example of it.

Instead of just admitting Ali's prime is between 64-67 like pretty much every other normal boxing fan agrees with and the fact that Ali was never known to clinch in his "prime".

You have to add some other smart ass response instead of coming to any type of middle ground. Hence theres no point in discussing any topic with you when your sole intention is just to deliberately disagree with me on every topic.

Concession ? More like you're a waste of time and theres plenty of other members on here where you can have a much more enjoyable conversation with in which you can actually agree to disagree.

The fact you think a conversation or a debate on a boxing forum is some type of "game" where you have to win pretty much echoes what I said above.

So I'll be sure to not bother conversing with you on any other future topics good day to you.

Narratives are meant to be challenged that's the point of discussion if you just repeat what everyone says then its gets boring and its becomes a circle jerk. If you're too narrow minded to understand that and unwilling to use your brain to make your arguments instead of just arguing based on consensus then that's on you.

I also like how pretty much everyone who picks Ali to win is arguing based on vibes whereas everyone who argues that Wlad would win is making a technical analysis based on both fighters styles and strengths and weaknesses, kinda telling ngl

I think you misunderstood I'm not trying to say everyone has to agree with me and I'm not saying everything I say is right. But it's just in my experience with you personally we seem to buttheads on every single topic and the conversations always seem to drag out.

So I'm thinking to myself "is this guy just deliberately disagreeing with me for the sake of it".

I'm just being honest with you that's the impression I'm getting as we never seem to agree on anything or come to any type of middle ground so for me it's frustrating. And I'd like to think I'm a pretty reasonable guy and can concede to some points even if I don't fully agree.

Maybe it's just a personality clash or maybe we got off on the wrong foot ? I don't know.

I think we agree on some stuff but in forums like where the point is discussion there's not much of a discussion to have if we both agree on a topic so the disagreements linger more in the mind (I think in the Holmes vs Lewis thread we had an agreement if you recall) and especially because I tend to be more skeptical of common narrative that are popular on these forums and like to challenge them on occasion and a bit of a bias I have for certain modern fighters. But perhaps I can be a bit too uncompromising in my views so fair enough perhaps that is something I can work on.
