I don’t like to put people on ignore but some folks don’t understand that (1.) when I say there’s no point in further discussion I mean it because I don’t have the time and inclination to keep running around in circles; and (2.) I also don’t have time time or inclination for personal insults.

Again, I will fully concede that I have never been fans of the Brothers K, I actually tuned out of boxing for a while when Wlad ruled the roost, so I might lack some objectivity here. But I stand by my statement that Liston was the superior fighter. Far might have been hyperbole.

    Let’s say, a significant margin.

How does a "monster" "steal" a decision? Monsters win by destruction. So he KO's Ali or he loses. If it's 15 rounds Wlad gets worn out and KO'd late-ish...maybe rd 11. If it's 12, Ali starts to turn up the heat about what...round 7? It's a stop rd 11 or so either way. Wlad can't hurt Ali and can't keep up with him and has a glass chin. He's gonna get ****ed up by the GOAT.

We get it, you like Ali. Just saying that "they are not from the same cloth" doesn't mean they don't use the same damned style. Fury himself will tell you that he idolises Ali and models himself after him. Fury is more herky jerky but a rangy, fleet-footed outboxer with flashy combos, a penchant for wrestling, who uses slick head movement, liked to clown opponents and trash talk describes both men to a tee. The rope-a-dope just refers to leaning on the ropes and making your opponent miss, it isn't a term exclusively usable for the Rumble in the Jungle btw.
