I would say Brewster was the best fighter out of that group, then Rahman, Sanders, McCall, and Purrity, in that order.
oh im sorry, i suppose Lennox accidentally targeted Vitali's cut by repeatedly punching him into a bloody mess, christ you've got a weak argument:smoke
Are you nuts? Wlad can't take a damn punch. Why can't you understand that? Vitali is more of a all around fight. He can take a punch. Lewis would have laid Wlad out in round 1.
In all fairness and observing Wlad's performances you can't count him out. Golota was supposed to get steam rolled by Bowe and look how that turned out.
When Wlad met Sanders he was nothing more than a 38 yr old, out of shape Journeyman who couldn't cut it in the 90s.
Oliver McCall was by far the most dangerous of any of them, and on any given night could have done to any champion what he did to Lewis. He was iron chinned and strong as a bull. He was inconsistent, as were Rahman and Sanders, but McCall was the most dangerous of all of them.
I dunno much about Sanders, but my understanding is that in his day he was an EXTREMELY hard puncher with a ton of potential, whose main problem was he'd rather be playing golf.
Yep. I'd give the McCall that beat Lewis a very good chance of beating WALDO that's for sure. He'd probably lose most of the rounds but if WALDO has one of his 'stamina issues' (usually punch-induced) then he's ****ed.
