It wouldn't be all that different from Lewis vs Golota. Wlad had better defence and movement than Golota, so he may be able to last a few more rounds. I suppose it depends on the Lewis who shows up. If it is the cautious, safety-first Lewis of the 1st Holyfield fight and the Tua fight, this could end up being a late knockout or even a UD for Lewis, though I don't think Wlad would be able to stand up to Lewis's punches when inevitably he was caught. But if it was the aggressive, determined Lewis of the Golota and Rahman 2 fights, I'd back him to take Wlad out early and brutally. Wlad just doesn't have the chin for this.

This makes no sense to me. If the 'current' Wlad would have a better chance to beat a prime Lennox...wouldn't the 'current' Wlad also be the 'prime' Wlad? :huh

Lewis(and I hate Lewis) by one hell of a KO. China Chin Wlad can't take a punch especially not from a man that can box with him and punch.

Whoever lands first would win, If Wlad lands first he wins, if Lewis does he wins.

Strangely enough, I think the quandary of both men being able to hit amply hard enough to KO the other while being able to be KO'd themselves leads to a pretty dull affair overall as a safety-first jab-fest ensues.

    I vote for "Draw".

    I would pick Wlad.
I wanted Wlad to fight Lewis when his brother did.
Insert Hepatitis C and you will find the answer to what happened in his last 2 losses.

Lewis. That's not a criticism of Wlad, but I have Lewis on the same level as Ali.

    How could you pick Wlad??

What knowledge makes you come to this conclusion. Wlads jab couldn't keep Lewis off, Wlads big shots (If he throws any??) wouldn't knock Lewis out.

It would only be a matter of time until Lewis unloads the big right then tis na night

That's comedy gold right there.

Judging by alot of the responses, what's being suggested isn't a fight but Lewis fighting a punching bag who doesn't throw back at all. Not exactly the way I'd describe fighting Wlad.

These guys saying Lewis would blow him away are kidding themselves.

They say Wlad doesn't have the chin to withstand Lennox's big punches...........well I believe Lewis doesn't have the chin to withstand Wlad's biggest punches either.

Both have great jabs, with an edge to Wlad. Both have roughly equal power. Both have gassed in fights, both have lost by TKO. Aggressive fighting edge to Lewis.

What would make a poster claim that Lewis would KO Wladimir easily, a la the Lewis Golota fight. That's utter rubbish and deep down inside those posters know it too. Golota had serious skills but never the power that Wlad or Lewis have. Golota was also prone to blowing his biggest opportunities and getting KO'd early by aggressive fighters like Lewis & Brewster.

Prime for prime it's a pick 'em whether or not the haters agree.
