Good point and I agree, just came across this thread. I admit that Lewis
would be the favorite but I think in the end out of 10 fights between the
two I think the wins on both sides would be closer then everyone on here
    thinks.

    Peace :good

    :D

Wlad when he fights tight defense, he does NOT get hit, he has had many rounds where a punch has not landed on him. Even before stewart becoming his trainer. Wlad is very tough nut to crack, trust me when I say this his defensive reflexes are much better then lewis, were you could argue that maybe lewis offensive come forward reflexes are at wlads level.
McCall went crazy in there second fight, an lewis didn't even sweep the few rounds they fought:yep, Were wlad won every second of the Brewster fight with the exception when he droped his hands an laid on the ropes....an the last 60 seconds when wlad just got hit an missed (yes not his best defensive moment, but he had no energy)

This, Wlad would runaway with a UD.. I would like to say Lennox ends it in a hurry with a right hand off that jab, but I can't.

Stylistically, Wlad would own that ring. He has more endurance and the better footwork. Lennox Lewis held his hands low, and would be a step behind my man Wladimir. 8 rounds to 4, clear as day. Give him his credit, it's about time :deal

He got hit plenty of times against Thompson in the first fight, and Lewis is much better than Thompson. The problem with Wlad is that he has never faced anyone who's big or as good as he is. The opponents Wlad fought are either too small or unskilled to hang with him. That's not the case with Lewis.

Prime Lewis gets Waldo out of there by round 5 or 6 via stoppage

He is a more complete fighter and has an edge in skill, punch resistance, and power

:patsch if lennox had taken one of the rounds that vitali had, that would make it 3 rounds a piece, making it even on the score cards. which is why it's the difference of only 1 round.

    get it now?

Wlad got hit by every fighter he has fought, but when his defenes is his main focus you don't land clean punches an he stil attacking you. There were rounds in the Thompson fight were he landed maybe one or two punches, WHY? cause wlad was seeing his power, an if he feels it less the threat, he takes more shots. Look at peters fight, when peter put him down, when wlad got up he won rest of the round an following round with peters not even landing another shot meaningful shot.....

When he plays tight D, he is very hard to tag, an flush almost impossible.

    I'd favour Wladimir by stoppage.

I got your attempted spin first time round. You had it wrong then.

    And still do.

(By your reckoning, Lennox's shutout of Tua would be a difference of six rounds.)

When one guy wins 4 rounds and the other wins 2, that's a difference of TWO rounds.

    Get it now ?
