Peter was all over him. Clubbing him with slow ass telegraphed swings.

The right hand that floored AJ was a laser guided missile. Its the same punch that demolished his previous opponents.
There was nothing slow about that shot.

It was, when set up... then there were so many which badly missed, especially left hooks. That was really slow motion. Are you saying 41 year old WK is not slower than the version from 5 years ago based that he can hit people? I think that one of the reason he fought more aggressive the last 4-5 fights is because he can't control fights as he used to. Earlier versions of WK would just need a jab against AJ. This one had to make it a fight to win as he was losing the boxing match.

Eddie Chamber was 20 seconds away from lasting the distance before Wlad finally plugged him with a left hook. And by then he looked like a zombie , completely drained and sapped of all energy from Wlad leaning on him all night.
Wlad missing shots didn't just suddenly happen last night.

Vlad looked better than he has in a long time.. All these ifs and buts don't mean sh!t.

Prime Vlad.. What about a Prime AJ after 25 fights? All these ifs and buts are ridiculous.. In the end of the day AJ stopped Vlad.. FACT.. IT'S WRITTEN IN HISTORY.

That maybe true but he wouldn't of had the experience that he had last night which was really the only thing he had over Joshua.

Anyway I'm not sure what the point of this is. Even if a prime WK could of beat a pre-prime AJ I wouldn't of been that impressed. Fact of the matter is neither WK or VK EVER beat a guy with the size and skill of AJ, not preprime, prime or postprime. So it would be quite a stretch for anybody to think any version of WK could beat a prime AJ(which we haven't seen yet).

Dude... walk in front of a bus today. Do us a favor you disgusting, dumbass miserable Plague Rat.

And Wlad isn't prime today at 41 years old. If he was 28 and got boxed up and embarrased by someone like Golota TWICE I'd be bummed. Instead he was part of a FOTY candidate.

They said he looked tired in the corner prior to the stoppage. Also that first flurry in the inside that hurt him in the 11th Wlad had his forearm on the back of Joshua's neck and he couldn't prevent him from popping up and ripping those hooks that hurt him, he was tired, he's 41 for Christ sake and in the ring with a 250lbs behemoth of course he was tired.

Why do people have to pretend that a faded fighter is prime to either boost the opponents win or discredit the fighter. It's sad, don't be like Bailey who thinks a Hopkins in his 40's was prime against Calzaghe.

Let's not act like Joshua is 22 years old or something. He's 27 right now and at his absolute physical prime. If he's going to get any better it will be from improved technique, but the guy is not really a young or green fighter.

If anyone wants to claim that a 41 year old version of a fighter is the best version of that fighter ever than that's ridiculous.

Well , he was knackered in the 12th round against Haye and he barely over exerted himself in that fight.

Lets not pretend he had Ali like conditioning in his prime. Any Wlad would be fatigued late against Joshua.

I don't know why you're not allowed to say he looked good. He looked great for his age. One of the best 41 year olds ive seen.
