Your suicide is 20 years past its expiry date. You can go back to being ignored now.

which wlad, pre or post steward? pre steward wlad might have gotten KTFO. post steward wlad would have clinched his way to a ko, which isn't saying much considering joshua just started boxing 9 years ago. cheers.

That was about the best I've ever seen him. Much better than jab-n-grab Klitschko.

Who was saying that AJ was going to blast him out? Please share your sources or state who was saying this? It's not hard to find opinion from professional boxers and trainers leading up to this fight, and virtually everyone was saying it was going to be a tough fight for AJ and Wlad?

    What is your point OP?

Its irrelevant weather a prime klitchko would have beat a 18 fight Joshua, The only possible fight to be made was an 18 fight novice joshua vs a 41 year old veteran Klitchko. AJ did what he had to do and got the W, The kids had 18 fight's and is as dedicated as you can get to becoming better and living the life.

Get over the fact that hes living the dream and your a bitter miserable hater and respect the fact he's turned his life around from negative to positive through boxing by working his butt each and every day, If he's still not good enough at least he give it his all. The day witnessing an all time classic fight some people still can't him any prop's and can only spout out negative crap. Your life must truly suck.

Some people you just can't ever win over, the same people that were months ago saying "well he hasn't fought anyone, hype job! He needs to step up!". He steps up and fights an epic fight, "Well he still isn't good and a prime Ali would have smashed him" is basically when they have run out of other valid ammunition.

When it comes to most boxers at world level I am neutral.. I mean I am Australian so I kind of have to be right! That said, there are boxers I genuinely do not like.. Andre Ward for example.. I have to temper my human desire to see him fail with the admission that he is one hell of a boxer. Ward can probably never turn me into a fan, but I begrudgingly respect him.

Man STFU curly, you said Wlad was going to KO Joshua, and was going to hook off the jab and all this garbage you've been spewing for the last couple of months, and how did that work out for you? YDKSAB everybody knows this...

Spot on. Ring Magazine was 29-1 for Joshua? Really? Show how little they know, their boy came within one half decent punch of defeat. They must've been watching in disbelief when WK had him down and almost out.

    Excellent summary.

Joshua is always a difficult matchup for Wlad, Wlad always had trouble against aggressive fighters with power, in both the 5th and 11th he couldn't handle that offense. Same with the Sam Peter fight, when Peter got going from time to time Wlad struggled and went down.

A prime Wlad would have beaten this version of Joshua regardless, but if Joshua makes the right improvements he can improve a lot on last night's performance. Prime Vitali would be a much more difficult matchup for Joshua.

On that note you could just see Vitali there, consoling his brother after the fight, and no doubt wishing he was 10 years younger to avenge the loss like he used to do. It is the end of an era of two great fighters and brothers; and fittingly, it was a great fight too. Full credit to AJ for coming through the fight and proving what he's made of.
