wlad is way faster than lewis, better distance feeling, better footwork, better ring iq, smarter and better jab. power and strength is equal. who catches the other one first is the question, and i would bet that wlad scores first and koes lewis. lewis would not come close to wlad. he would need a couple of rounds, and wlad would ko him in the first 4 rounds before lewis can have a chance.

yeah thats what i say. cause lewis had a suspect chin and is not afraid to death to fight, wlad is almost better in every aspect especially he is way faster than lewis. thats why he would ko lewis early. style make fight. wlad has imo stylistic problems with small guys who make themselves small. i think also he would have problems with chisora. he would win but he would look bad.

Wlad is a little quicker though that's due to his punches being slighter straighter. Wlad has quicker feet than Lewis but his footwork is comparable to Lewis.

Lewis' jab is superior to Wlads. Wlad paws with it way too much, even more than Lewis used to and Lewis has a reach advantage. Lewis was also more versatile, he was far better in close and when he was on the rare occasion being out boxed he could adapt and force the stoppage as he did against Bruno and Vitali.

Wlad really only fights one way, jab and grab. How does that work against an opponent who's just as good from range, who can match your jab and when you grab him has the physical strength to match you and not be smothered. Look at the first Thompson fight Wlad was forced to abandon his clinching in that fight because when he did Thompson was able to work his body because he wasn't dwarfed in the size and strength department like most of Wlad opponents.

Lewis would KO Wlad 9 times out of 10 fights.

 

its your opinion, i respect that. it could also be possible, i just think that lewis defense was not the best one and his chin also, the probability that wlad catches him with something huge in the first rounds is higher than in the other direction. thats just my opinion

Lewis chin is no worse than Wlad's. If Lewis chin is bad and his defence so bad how on earth did he only lose twice against opponents he beat i the rematch. Lewis chin is not great but his defence and ability control range is very good.

With both their susceptibility to being KO'ed whoever lands first wins and I believe that would be Lewis 9 times out of 10.

I personally think Wlad before he hooked up with Steward had a better chance of catching Lewis early and stopping him. Wlad is so risk adverse now he wouldn't take the opportunity to risk get stopped and fights too passively to win. Wlad had so many opportunities to counter Haye but didn't dare risk it, if he had, he would have KO'ed Haye inside 6 rounds. This is why I think prime Wlad loses, too passive allows Lewis to fight his fight and gets stopped.

The worst loss Wlad ever took was to the best big man he ever fought. Sanders. Two round utter destruction and it was Lewis who told Sanders how to beat Wlad.

So how is it just small guys. Wlad struggles with anybody who is not a complete bum.
