Clearly Wepner by knock out. He knocked down Ali while Wolcott was a glass jaw who was KOed 20 times. If Wepner fought in the 50s he would have Champ, easily beating undersized stiffs like Marciano and Liston....and super shot one foot in the grave Ezzard Charles and Archie Moore.
