Be serious if floyd were to have gotten KOed then its a done deal no argument but your bring up something totally different , floyd was not hurt from that push from Zab or was in trouble from it.

Pit your clearly in denial that was not a push that was a right hook, Floyd was not off balance until that shot landed do you ****ing get it? I mean damn even Lennox Lewis and the ringside experts call it a Knock down. for god sakes cant you be ****ing real at all?

yup I sure am , just because he lennox doesn't mean he was right . floyd was pushed off balance from weak punch from zab that caught him in a awkward position.. com on are you going to try and hold to that argument , thats like taking a win due to a accidental foul when you were getting your ass whooped through out the fight .. again a cheap argument.

dude your hate has gotten you in denial , so your saying floyd was hurt by that punch ? yes or no
the shot caught him in a awkward position, it more of a push then punch , but again your reaching for anything you can that can mar his win against Zab but if that the best you can do , like I said have at . because in the end it was Zab who was being totally out classed and had to foul to keep from getting KOed .

can't you be ****ing real , why are you getting mac for ? you guy hate anyone that is admire , like or even is fan of floyd , Iv never seen anything like it.

I will go with Floyd on any weight against Chavez. Floyd has more pop and better defense (not in a lateral body movement defense) in my opinion and Pea just made Chavez looked ridiculous in that ring.

you mean like Santos win over Margarito huh?

The fact is Floyd reached for Zabs body got caught with a counter hook and was knocked down, that does not mean he was hurt, nor stunned but it was a legit knock down if you are looking at the rules but I dont expect you to follow the rules of the sport, your set in your ways

    apple and oranges ..
Like I said if you want to claim that small victory for zab then have at it .. as far as that Santos , margarito fight margarito lost the early round and was wobbled which sealed which sealed the deal for him losing the early round , but he was making a serious comeback before the cut but it just wasn't enough to pull the win.. Floyd on the other totally out classed Zab to the point that Zab had to cheat to stay in the fight. totally different situation

your friend clearly stated chavez was past his prime because he moved up in weight .. which why I responded is floyd past his prime now that he moved from 130 to 147 .

let also consider chavez started out at 120 floyd started his career at 130 and would be considered the bigger man , it would be a close fight that could go ether way . but I leaning towards floyd.

Floyd has reflexes and he knows that he is on the way out and like many fighters will get exposed so he decided to retire. People always say Chavez had problems with fast boxers and boxers with skill. well who doesnt have problems. Plus this was never an issue until he was past his prime.

floyd aint past his prime cause he's still good after 5 weight divisions due to cherry pickin
chavez wasn't a man to pick his opponents from easy to easiest, he fought men that would make floyd ****en **** in his pants....

think about it, the weight aint what made chavez a bit passed his prime at 140, it was all the fights with the greatest of his era

chavez can't beat floyd. floyd is a defensive minded fighter, a la sweet pea, with faster feet, hands and power. and yes judah did score a knock down, however, that is just a testiment to how good floyd is- floyd broke him down.

Different types of defenses, as has already been explained early in the thread. While Floyd has a good defense, it mostly relies on him counter pot shots which would force lesser opponents to respect his power. Floyd is nowhere near as elusive as Sweetpea was, who could just stand right in front of a fighter and make them miss an entire combination of punches without needing to return fire. Pea was also notoriously difficult to put on the ropes. A fighter, half hazard and clumsy like Hatton had Floyd on the ropes all night. Controlled aggression of Chavez would also put him on the ropes.

First off, Floyd allows himself to be put against the ropes because he counterpunches brilliantly from them. He nearly knocked Oscar out counter punching against the ropes. He lured Hatton into getting knocked out by backing up into the ropes.

If you take compubox into account, Floyd Mayweather was hit less over the course of 18 championship fights, less then Pea was. Pea was also knocked down more then Floyd throughout the course of his career. Floyd who's never really been dropped.
