In the brief prime the Bowe had he was better than Wlad. It was brief though.

was it ever verified that he had hepatitis or was that just his claim?
Either way he went on to ko Tyson a year later so he was far from washed up.

He only beat one elite heavy. Wlad is a better fighter plain and simple. Wlad beat top ten guy after ten guy and undefeated fighter after undefeated fighters. Wlad is far more accomplished than bowe. Bowe would not face Lewis. He threw the belt away cause he was scard.

Sultan, Brock, Peter,Mccline,Brewster,Bryd,Mercer,Schulz, and Castillo. All of the fighters were belt holders or undefeated and some of them both. Bowe only beat holyfield. Beatn one man and only champ for such a short period does not take away from how long Wlad has been champion. I mean glass jaw golota beat the **** out of bowe twice. After that he was destroyed bye lewis, tyson, and brewster.

You mean the guy who used to look like **** each time he was confronted to andrew "mental midget" golota ?...If Golota wouldn't be so ****ed up in the head , not ruining his fights against that guy , Bowe would've been toast.

Golota is **** compared to klitoris...hell even the one dimensional Ibragimov is better than him. (at least he doesn't panic and he's endurant enough)

Then again , no one can be 100% sure of the outcome. Afterall Rahman did put Lennox to sleep. Cooper almost owned Ali...who knows.

Bowe vs Klit i'd say 50-50 I guess we'll never know for sure.

Wladimira's chin would NEVER hold up under Bowe's punch. Bowe KO 5.

I am a huge Vlad fan, but I believe that a prime, in-shape Bowe would have been too much for him. Bowe was almost as big as Vlad, just as strong and hard-hitting, and possibly a little more athletic. Thus Vlad would be deprived of the physical dominance that he likes to rely on.

Most important though would be Bowe's aggression. Riddick would put heavy pressure on Vlad, and he would throw devastating punches from lots of different angles that Vlad has never had to defend against before.

Excellent fight and excellent match up, but I think Bowe would stop Vlad in the middle rounds.

It could go either way. Bowe had big time problems with a jab ( Tubbs, Holy, Golota ), and really would not get much of a chance to use his upper cut.

I do think Bowe at his best was a little better, but Bowe's best did not last for long. It depends when this fight is made.

By the way, Lewis who hits hard easily hurt Bowe with his right hand. Prior to that I beleive Bowe was down in an early Olympic match.

Golota had a good, straight up, steady, double & triple jab but he had no variety & it wasn't particularly fast. He did combo off it well though & I'm sure it was powerful enough, just not on the level of a Wlad or Lewis power jab.

Wlad hooks off the jab better than any heavyweight I've ever seen consistently. And, the sheer speed of Wlad's basic 1-2 is faster & more powerful than any combination in Golota's arsenal.

Golota is a better inside fighter & he has an awesome uppercut when he uses it.

The bottom line is Wlad would win the early battle of the jab & Klitschko's power would make AG quit. Sorry, I know the truth hurts...............

There you go! Spot on. :deal Big Daddy would look like a small fry next to Wlad & he'd be beaten to the punch because of KLitschko's superior jab speed, timing & power. Yes Bowe had a good chin but Lewis beat him in the am's & Golota thrashed him twice using a similar style to what Wlad would employ.
