And how many of those attributes do you see Wlad being able to use? Or perhaps more pertinent, how much **** do you see dribbling out of Wlad's Boss pants?
Lennox's jab was much better, he landed more and more importantly, threw it more often! Wlad has a right hand when he uses it, but if you scarfed to get hit, you don throw it, it certainly isnt a Lennox LEwis right hand thats for sure. For big men like these two footwork sometimes goes out the window but i see nothing in Klitschko which says he is better than LL in that department. The reason we dont see Wlad taking hits, is because he is took worried to get involved, when we do see him getting involved however he struggles and sometimes loses. Lewis albeit his two losses is much more durable than klitschsko. Lewis wins by KO. Wladimir Klitschko is NO Lennox Lewis!:nono
Lewis wasnt afraid to exchange punches with his oppenents, unlike Wlad who panicks or falls when he's hit with a significant punch. You forgot to factor in one big thing Widdow maker, mental strength, which is more than 50% of fighters arsenal, Lewis is 10 times more mentally tougher than Wlad, better skills dont always mean your the better fighter.
You guys are killing me. I strongly believe that most of you haven't even seen Lennox fight, the way that you talk about him. Hell, he got more flak for his lack of killer instinct than Wlad ever has up to this point. Had a great jab, but certainly didn't use it as much as Wlad, and was lazy with it most of the time when he did use it. Had a much lower KO percentage than Wlad... and didn't even fight the best guys of his era during their primes. The best fighters in Lennox's era were Tyson, Holyfield, Bowe, Moorer, and Foreman. LENNOX DID NOT FIGHT ANY OF THEM IN THEIR PRIME!
The logical pick would be Lennox here, due to the fact that he is more proven against top rated fighters, particularly big punchers who are large in size and vary in styles. This does not mean that it would be a hands down easy win though. Wlad is probably a better boxer and has a superior jab to almost any fighter Lewis has ever faced. Additionally, he has a powerful right hand that is well set up by his jab. Sure, we could sit here and talk about Wlad's losses to Purity, Sanders and Brewster, but we could also comment on Lewis's performances against McCall, Rahman and an old Mercer. It is not out of the question for Klitschko to beat Lewis, but for now I'll place my vote with Lennox.
Are you seriously going to start talking about the resume of Lewis, in an attempt to convince us Wlad is a better version of him? You look like a clown, and not a very objective one. Wlad hasn't even fought a good fighter PAST their damn prime. Were you watching the same fight as us? You can have the best technical ability in the world, if you are afraid to use it you ain't beating any all-time greats. What do you think is going to happen when Lewis catches him? Let's make no mistake about it, he will catch him, he's not a midget like Ibragimov. It's lights out.
Unlike you, I don't judge a fighter based on one fight. Ibragimov is only the 2nd fighter in 7 years to go the distance with Wlad. Wlad has 44 knockouts in 50 wins. Get your head out of your ass, and look beyond Saturday night.
LL showed plenty of killer instinct when you compare him with Wladimir. he was no Sonny Liston in that department, but when LL was agressive he fininished people off. LL was more aggressive when fighting the big guys aswel, go back and look at him vs Golota, Ruddock, Grant etc, all huge fellas and LL demiloshed them. A Fat old Lennox stood toe to toe with Wlads bigger better brother and won lest we forget!
It never ceases to amaze me how ******ed most of the fans on here are. Either all of you guys have only seen one Wlad fight... or you have the worst memory known to man. Wlad has certainly never had a problem knocking people out. However, nobody wins every fight by knockout, and when you are in there with an opponent like Sultan, who is going to fight small, leaning back and away the entire fight... it is going to go the distance. Wlad would have had to basically lay on top of Sultan to unload, and would have been fighting wrecklessly. He is too smart for that, and he didn't need to.
Yeah, he's going to be ultra-aggressive against Lennox Lewis, how stupid of me atsch It will be the same bull**** tactics from him. Jab, jab, hug in close. That **** works against limited fighters, not against a great. Is Lennox going to sit on the end of his jab all night? That's the only possible way he loses this fight, and quite frankly it's impossible to imagine Lewis knows he's a glass jawed joke, he knows if he so much as farts in Wlad's direction he'll fall over. He would go in for the kill, and all the respective attributes are not going to make a difference. A good mentally tough fighter always beats a good scared fighter.
I will now move onto a different subject. A few years ago I would have tried my hardest to get your morons to understand reality. I don't have the patience for it anymore. I come, say what I have to say... and then let the water heads of the forum repeat the same ******ed **** over and over, acting like they know what they are talking about... when in reality all they know is what the commentators on HBO told them last saturday. That is as deep as you guys are able to see.
LL is a great fighter and I`d pick him over Wlad but it`s funny how overrated people get after they are retired for a couple of years, all the bad performances are forgotten.
