This is a thread for constructive and helpful comments and ideas for the Primetime network. Hopefully we can give some good ideas to them which will increase the quality of their coverage.

    Get rid of Duke.

Swap him for Bernstein, if possible.

    3. - Get three people in the Studio, not two. Create some controversy between the people's opinion's so it keeps people to think that it's a 50/50 fight or could be an upset (I've noticed Sky do this). Also, no offence to Wayne McCullough, but he looked a bit uncomfortable in there and it the whole thing just didn't seem very relaxed, as it would in a Sky studio. You need a few people who can gel well, and the Studio just needed to be lit up a bit. All seemed a bit dull.. You might think these are small points, but every small aspect counts.

    5. - Primetime had a very good 'Road to Vegas' show, it was almost reminiscent to HBO 24/7 but just of a lower class. If they can build on their Promotion with shows like these, and not just repeats, it goes far in terms of hyping a fight. My next point might not be a valid one, because it does come down to budget, but if it was wide enough, then Billboard promotion (We saw it for the Haye fights, why not for Amir's?) Billboard Promotion goes a far way. Advertising on different Channels is also something there was a lack of. Once again, purely depending on budget though.

I could cover a lot more, but I can't really be bothered right now

I wish they could follow from setanta's studio presentation.
Get Bunce and Kerr in there with a guest.

    Good shout out there, Laz.

    Get David Pleat commentating.

Yes, football is his sport, but he has more than a passing interest in boxing and is a great colour commentator.

It's clear the main thing lacking from it was a digital touch screen which pundits can use to set the fight up
