    i disconnected the wire to the box, and it still reads as "already ordered" on the planner. What if i reconnect just in time for the card? Im sure it will be OK.

    Hi if you are getting the message already ordered it sounds like you have received a direct signal and ordered over the phone or website. In that case you don't need the phoneline connected

    If you are ordering through the box office menu your phoneline must be permanently connected to the box

    im already registered and ordered through the sky box menu. :good
    My phone is disconnected and its ordered.

    I tried mine upside down and the wrong way round. For some reason it didn't work! I demand answers diablo!!

    I ****ing hate this company and spend half the night on here moaning about them when I do use them, to the point I got banned the first time I used them.

    The last time was during the Khan fight, I ordered over the internet but since they still haven't mastered the art of sending a ****ing EMAIL to the viewer to CONFIRM THEIR ****ING PURCHASE or at least show you in your Sky planner, I was left with no clue as to whether I had successfully ordered the event or not and whether at 3:30 in the morning it would come on.

    So I decided to call their support line. It so happened I was minding my brothers house while he was on holiday, so I was watching it there.

    I called up and got through to some smary little ****er and asked if it had been ordered, he asked my name and then told me that the Sky package wasn't listed under my name. I gave my sis-in-laws name but it wasn't under her name either, I gave my brothers name (we all have the same surname btw) and he confirmed that was the name he had ... woop-de-do

    He then asked to speak to my brother, I told him he was in Spain on holiday, I was booking the fight with my own credit card .. this wasn't acceptable, he couldn't charge my credit for some ***** reason. I told him I just wanted to know if the payment went through when I originally booked online .. he wouldn't tell mer so I more or less told him to **** off then.

    *****!

    So decisions, it's 12:30am, I've had a beer and a half but I could still drive, so do I not drink any more and wait to see if the event comes on, if it doesn't I can go to my place and find some other option. I decide to chance it cos as far as I know, I've paid my money. Time of the event comes and halleluja the ****ing thing works .. my payment worked after all. Despite not being the home owner. Who'da thunk it?

    Now, would it have been too much for the tit on the phone to tell me this when I called?

    Now if you could fix this problem ASAP, I'd appreciate it .... FANKS!!!

    I've just set fire to my V+ box having removed the card, can I still order the fight?

    yep, they will send a super engineer who will spark plug your box into working order.

    have gone back on my word and actually tried to order this. Venus, thats whats wrong with youre shitty channel, i think ive ordered but im not sure if its gone through. So i ave to stay up till 2 to know if ive ordered. And before u say it, no i wont fukn ring ye. You ****s rob for phone calls and keep me on hold. 2 bob operation by 2 bob ****s. I hope u get a roast tomorrow outta my money and choke on it
