well aint u a condescending **** venus. Why not tell everyone the story of the phone call? I will. I received a phone call from primetime, enquiring bout the trouble i had ordering. I told him i had ordered through my remote, as i had been promised would work the previous 3 occasions but didnt. The man told me i had not actually purchased the fight. I then told him that i have spent 90 euro on phone calls trying to order the last 3 fights. Told him i have ordered on primetime right since day 1 when abraham fought taylor, which i have. I said it was a disgrace that a loyal customer gets lied to and made pay extra through phone calls. The man then said he would check with his supervisor and put me on hold. He came back, apologised again, and said the best they can do is book the fight for me now if im willing to pay. I said I wont be buying this ppv nor will i ever buy from primetime again as it is a shambles of an operation. And before you ask venus, yes there is an operating phone line connected and my viewing card is inserted. Shove ur sneaky comments right up youre arse Venus and tell people the true story of what happened
what the ****s going on with it sticking in places & repeating then the commentating cutting out and other people talking ??? i hope this doesnt carry on all night
tommy, my agents are not paid enough to put up with the way you spoke to them, you were agressive from the second you answered the phone. I have said to you in mnay threads before PM me if you have a problem and I'll get someone to call you. But when we go out of our way to help we don't expect abuse. If you have a working telephone connected to your sky box you can order through the box office menu
Is the picture quality gonna be this bad all night? And I'm not talking about the black and white loop during every round. Right now it's terrible. Blurry and off colour
Just like to say well done Venus for standing your ground and giving genuine support for members here with alot of dignity. I'm firmly in the "Primetime has a **** picture quality" camp but at the same time I have ordered and loving the studio team so it should be a good night hopefully.
i agree with you im first time subcriber to primetime and if this bad quality keeps up all night i wont be ordering another fight from primetime
Sorry just realised i took my viewing card out, disconnected the phone line, turned off my sky box and ****ed the telly out the window before i ordered. Must have done that every time before as well. Venus course i was aggressive, how would u be if u were regularly paying for a service and getting messed around. And why not say about when i said to youre agent i know its not youre fault but please pass it on to youre supervisor. Ive spent 90euro just on phone calls ringing youse, on top of the money ive given ye for the fights. Ive never had problems buying off other channels doing ppv, fact is your operation isnt up to standard so you should expect disgruntled customers
I've got a question Venus, if I pay the 14.99, do I get both the Sky PPV and the online stream ... or just one or the other?
