    i think ive ordered over the phone but it was like pulling teeth. I spent so long trying to tell the ***** my address i actually had to recite the alphabet and stop at the letters that were next in my address. Honestly felt like crying. Venus if ye want to be successful ye need to take a look at yere set up. The lad couldnt hear me because ye have everyone bunched together shouting down phones. Very unprofessional. Or else the lad i was dealing with just had a mental age of 4
