Anyone else think the commentary was extremely biased in favour of Marquez? After rewatching this fight I've changed my mind on the outcome. I had Marquez winning by a margin watching LIVE but after sitting down today on my own, scoring the fight round by round, I had this fight a very close encounter.

I don't think there was any real clear winner in the fight. I think a draw would have been a fair result.

No 'robbery' here in this fight.

For the record, I'm a neutral on both fighters. So I scored accordingly.

I could see the draw but not the Pacquiao win.

Yeah, they were biased towards Marquez, because he happened to be the guy fighting his arse off and schooling the pound-for-pound best fighter in the world. That's what tends to happen, you know? The guy (clearly) winning is the one that receives praise. Pacquiao did **** all in that fight.

it was clear as day. I saw one man controlling the pace of the fight, countering all night with clean shots, and another being made to miss and falling off balance and lunging whilst out head hunting.

Just from me saying it like that, you obviously know which boxer fits what description. It wasn't even close!!

It was a clear marquez win. Commentary or no commentary.

The commentary wasn't as bad as Jim Watt biased, but was still very mcuh in favour of Marquez

Yup seriously. Pacquiao wasn't getting much acknowledgement tbh. Had Pacquiao winning 5-6 rounds.

I can see a draw in this fight easily. I felt a little brainwashed by Primetime after watching back on the fight.

Lol. It seems whenever someone disagrees about close fights it's either bias, corruption or a robbery.

Ricardo 'Yes! Manny with some great punches there really hit the air nicely that time Amir'

Khan 'Yeah he walked the air onto that won, i'm sure the breeze hit Marquez face'.

Ricardo 'Manny taking Marquez punches to body really well there, Think that won him the round'.

Nah cant say i agree, admittedly havent watched it back again yet. But you could tell that Khan was begrudgingly admitting how well JMM was boxing.

Remember him saying summat like "It hurts me to see Pacquiao like this, cuz i know what he's capable of".

I dont think it was bias, more a case of someone who was basically written off before the fight tearing up the form book and people respecting that.
