Tyson Fury is much faster and coordinated. I'd say Fury wins by a wide points margin.

Well, Carnera used to throw punches and Fury has a so-so jaw so ... Fury probably wins but it's not cut and dried

Lately, I have been starting to consider that most of us, myself included, have been underrating Fury. It's starting to feel odd to me considering that he's an undefeated heavyweight champion. Is it cognitive dissonance? The US heavyweights no longer dominate the division, so the "others" are only on top by default? Is this chauvinism? I think so. Regarding the question: Fury would beat Carnera, IMO.

I think that Carnera should still be the favourite, based on what we know at this time, but it is a fluid situation.

Carnera would certainly be the favorite. Toss up at who wins. Both were low skilled hwts.

Tyson more coordinated than Primo? Him and Klitschko nearly threw themselves out of the ring tripping over each other.

Carnera was not a puncher and his jaw was no better than Fury's.

We need to see more of Fury.

Carnera had underrated heart for battle, and for a big man good stamina. Fury's jab would net deter Primo.

Carnera hit harder than Fury, and it would not surprise me if he TKO'd Fury.

Fury had better long range skills and could move.

    I'd favor Fury slightly.

Fury has a better resume right now.

Fury looks better on film right now.

If Carnera wins it is an upset.
