Primo Carnera vs Victorio Campollo and Uzcudun I and II, footage

For me Briggs hit harder , and took a better punch . I do not see Primo winning this fight ,in fact I do not see him finishing it.


Does anyone else think it is curious that for their first fight.
Carnera scaled 266.25lbs to Campolo's 224.5lbs.

Giving Carnera a near 42lbs advantage
Yet for their rematch, 3 years later.

Carnera scaled 238lbs to Campolo's 280,25lbs

Carnera has dropped 28.25lbs lbs, Campolo gained a whopping 56 .25lbs !
Reversing things completely, and giving Campolo around the same weight advantage.

Does this seem kosher ????? :huh
Campolo, by the way was as Italian as Carnera , being born in Reggio Calabria.
