To All Of AJ's Devotees on this site.......Heed My Warning this isn't going to be a stroll in Hyde or should I say Hype Park for your man, if he beats Martin he'll have to walk through hellfire and brimstone to do it. Many of you naively think that Martin just lucked out against Glazknee, and his title win was but a mere fluke, it wasn't, even if the fight had continued Glazkov would have been worn down by Martin's straight lefts and eventually succumbed to his power, the reason his knee blew to start with is because he was trying to avoid being hit by those crisp nasty counter lefts that were startin' to frequently bounce off that noggin of his, you could say Martin's bombs was starting to give Glazkov a Glazjaw that quickly spread to his Glazknee.:deal

I picked Martin to beat Glazkov and by KO, just like he's going to do to AJ. Martin is no joke, I've been a fan of his for quite awhile, the thread I did on him is dated 10-28-14, which means he was one of the first threads I did, and I'll let you in on a little secret, the earlier I did the thread, the better I think they are. If you think he's just some big lummox that's easy to hit then you haven't watched enough of him, he's all around a far more complete fighter than both Anthony Joshua and Dillian Whyte who I've hilariously seen being hyped up as a master boxer by AJ fanboys.

His dreadlocks are quite appropriate because they resemble a fictional character than he shares many similar qualities with...... The Predator.
The Predator has a laser cannon mounted on his left shoulder, the Predator meticulously stalks his prey, the Predator sees exploitable holes in his opponents defense, the Predator like toying with his prey before polishing them off, and most of the time his victims never see him coming.:admin

Charles wasn't on television when he fought Zumbano Love so he had time to work on his craft, he wasn't on the undercard of a big primetime Sky Sports extravaganza for the whole of the UK to see, all of whom sit salivating waiting like a pack of blood thirsty wolves craving a savage knockout. So Charles took the opportunity to toy with his opponent, test his stamina, which is excellent, work on his combos and volume punching, which are impressive and then like clockwork he was able to pour on the pressure and beat Zumbano into submission in the last round of the fight. He could have done that whenever he wanted but unlike so many other fighters who are desperate to make an impact and get the attention of the adoring masses....Martin's attention was on perfecting his craft which was far more important to him. Add to that Martin had brutalized him for 10 rounds a mere 2 months before Joshua got to him, to think that beating wasn't still lingering you're deluding yourself. He's meticulous, he's patient, he's intelligent, he's methodical, he's calm, cool and collected, he's heavy handed, he's a southpaw and he's a counter puncher. All of these qualities are what one needs to possess when put before an aggressive fighter who's a hard charger that comes out like a bat out of hell seeking a brutal fast KO.

AJ was KO'd in the amateurs by a small Romanian Southpaw Mihai Nistor, who's most likely not close to the puncher Martin is.

He was badly hurt both in the ams and in the second round by Whyte, Whyte had 13 KO's in 16 wins (Roid Assisted?), Martin has 23 KO's in 21 wins, they possess similar KO power, only Martin has the superior skill set, and delivery mechanism. Because unlike Whyte he has an very efficient right jab and a brutal counter left jab.

One of two scenario's will play out AJ charges in head first and gets brutally smashed in the cranium with a counter left and goes nighty nite.:zzz

He's a sucker for straight lefts and that's from small guys with a small reach, Martin is a big guy with a long reach.

Or he's cautious doesn't take any risks and Charles keeps him at the end of his jab with his superior reach, AJ gasses and is drug into deep waters where he's pressure by Martin, which he doesn't like AJ can't fight off the backfoot, then he's savagely bludgeoned into submission by Prince Charles' straight left, uppercuts, right jab and combination punching.

Get the smelling salts or towel ready, because either route this match takes its not going to end pretty For AJ From The UK The Hypejob Of Hertfordshire™.

He's going to receive a proper pasting of epic proportions, he will be smashed to complete and utter Bolivian and be left a whimpering, slobbering, blubbering, crying mess in the center of the ring like a big ol' baby.:crybaby By The Dread Of St. Louis™.

Poor AJ..... here he is... Post Gruesome Prince Charles Bludgeoning.:DD:

I don't know... what if AJ lands first? can Martin survive the first few rounds of AJ's pressure? I actually hope Martin can take him to deeper waters what Whyte did, but I'm not convinced he can keep Joshua off him, especially in the first few rounds

Martin has no defense, Joshua won't be able to miss with the straight right. Joshua by KO and early.

Either of these fighters would dispatch Wilder in short order. People need to realise that Wilder has no chin to speak of whatsoever at all.

Please explain to me where you get the idea that Martin is so easy to hit, provide me with the evidence, it must be ample for you to be so sure about it.:think

I'm starting to think Martin is better than he initially appears. I'm not sold in him yet though. I hope you give AJ some respect if he beats Martin, especially if he does so impressively.

Much has been made of the match with Nistor who's a southpaw, however two that are frequently ignored are his two big "wins" over great Italian amateur Roberto Cammerelle who is also a Southpaw.

Look at the sheer amount of clean flush straight lefts Roberto repeatedly lands on Joshua, and I highly doubt he's gotten much better at parrying deflecting or blocking them as a pro.

You do know the only reason Martin has taken this fight is because he can't beat anybody in the IBF top 15 so he took the biggest payday and is going to be laughing all the way to the bank (via the hospital). He knows he's being bulldozed.

After 30 seconds of round 1, you'll realise that too and think 's*** why did I ever make that thread'

We need a competition to guess what your excuse will be, because it definitely won't be to give AJ credit for proving you wrong. :think

I'm guessing 'Martin would've beat AJ if he would've threw more punches and came to win' :|

I smell a copious amount of fear all over your post, you're scared ****less, but your ample bluster is a vain attempt and covering your innermost doubts.

Admit it, you're shook Hans, your quaking in your boots. Martin isn't coming to lose and only an idiot or a blind man would see that in his demeanor. He's confident as hell.:deal

joshua did not have the know how /experience / abilty to deal with camarelle easy in those 2 fights.

joshua was young amatuer and he was boxing a seasoned proffesional in camarelle who was sponsered by the italian govt and paid well to stay amatuer.

joshua has improved markedly since then / bar whyte fight where he let the crowd and hype get to him.

has joshua learnt to fight southpaws since / i have no idea TBH not having seen him in v any

nistor bob and weave southpaw also gave joshua problems.

there are just so few southpaw heavies to get sparring against.

we are all really best guessing how joshua will adapt to martin
    well or badly.

i have said before i expect a tougher fight than most in the uk but in the end he will get the job done.
