    Most people have seen this already, but I'll post it just in case, for the few that haven't. Quite entertaining stuff. A lot of people remember the one-punch happy, leaden foot, older version of Hamed -- this video is more like how he was back in the day, throwing combinations, much quicker in evading punches, and using constant movement around the ring.

    I am a massive Hamed fan and have never seen this!

    IMO the most exciting boxer the UK has ever produced! He defied boxing logic and had the most amazing power for his weight.

    I watched a couple of these before and I have his full pro set. Same style, incredible.

    Its good he was with Ingle, I know of no other trainer that would allow anyone to fight like that.

    Not 100% sure but I think it was (internationally) officially introduced during the 1984 Olympics. It became obligatory in and after that year. Before that (like in the late 70's) boxers were able to choose whether they wanted to wear a vest and headgear or not.

    It was only 1990 I boxed in the 80's and there was head gear. Must be a european thing.
