He was schooled by Barrera, however i dont believe that was peak Hamed, but then again Hamed talked liked he was a Mayweather/Pacquiao Elite Fighter and his work ethic wasn't their, that is not a elite fighter- and anyway it was a very clumsy stance he had, Hamed had no solid defence, what kind of Ingle Based Training is that ? A Stance which has no reasonable defence, Hamed was lucky he was gifted with that UNIQUE one shot power he had, or he wouldn't have made it far. Same goes for Wilder, he will be humbled soon by Joshua or Fury or someone else that style of relying on one shot will eventually get you KTFO

It's extremely Tyson-Esque. Very Tyson-Spinks like if you think about it and he has great music to accompany him.

Technically, Wilder is the Prince Naseem of the 2010s. Chronology and all that...

Hamed had insane power. Amazing how someone that small could hit that hard.

Wilder's deviant sex mask is cooler than anything any boxer in history has ever done.

You almost had me fooled but now I know you’re trolling again. No one would call that Lil Kim song “great music”

When Naz walked down the streets in London, traffic came to a halt, people went after him asking for photos to be taken his Naz, people were cheering him. Everyone knew Nas.

Here's Deontay walking down Times Square, New York. No one even knows who the F Deontay Wilder is! And this is his home country!

He was Elite for a short period. I don't know if his peak ended because injuries, lack of motivation or something else. Like someone said "it's hard to wake up at 5.00 to go out for a run when you are sleeping on your silk pijama".

To say that a boxer that has been never knocked out has not defence is daring. There's traditional defence and defence based on space and reflexes. Some boxers use their athleticism and reflexes to keep their distance, hands down, and make their rivals miss to counter. It use to work for them until father time catches them (or too many punches on the face). Sergio Martinez, Roy Jones, etc.

Anywhere.... For me Mosley-Margarito is schooling. Toney-Holyfield. FMJ-Canelo. Winning 8 to 4 contested rounds is not a one-sided fight. Then it's not a schooling.

And not the clubbing kind of power, either. He had legitimate one punch knockout power in both hands.

Will Deontay & Marsello unify titles or will they reign like the CW Klintshkos?
