you can't really tell from that picture as he has a baggy T-shirt on. but no, he isn't coming back. that will never happen.

 

Doesn't matter if he's lost some weight, he's been away from the game too long to come back now, especially given his lack of size and reliance on reflexes and unorthodox athleticism. Foreman he ain't.
