Casamayor has a good lead in this poll. I don't see either man getting KO'd in this fight if I'm honest.

    Mismatch.

    Casa by mid-rounds KO.

Casa is an elite boxer who would also have a height and reach advantage over a smaller slugger but rather average boxer (at best).

Casa would have been too much for Barrera and it would have been absolute suicide for Hamed.

Wouldn't be all that different than if you threw Vic Darchinyan in against Pac or Marquez.

    Couldn't be very competitive.

Prime Casa could have given prime Hatton all that he could handle (and only because Ricky is the heavier sturdier fighter would I not choose Casa by stoppage - as he is more talented, elusive, and a wide wide class above in skill).

Casa had the capacity to make an entertaining fight against Floyd and it is too bad it didn't happen.

You seen the Kevin Kelley fight? Casa would knock that Hamed out.

Once or twice  (Hamed is my favourite British fighter ever and his fight with Kelley is one of the most iconic and entertaining fights of the 90's).

Hamed often got KD's against him, much lesser fighters than Kelley put him on his arse. But I don't think this has anything to do with some kind of 'weak chin' or punch resistence issue though.

Hamed was never hurt in a fight, he had a weird style and an unsual sense of balance, which is really where his power came from, but it also left him vulnerable to KD's.

Casa was a big and strong guy in comparison to the tiny Hamed, but Casa would still be wary of the power, and I doubt he would ever be able to pin down Hamed long enough to make a dent.

For the above reason it wouldn't be a hard physical fight, it would be a boxing match where Hamed would be landing the more signficant punches, but Casita would be using the angles well and touching Hamed more often.

That's why I see it as a close fight, a SD, but I have a feeling Hamed would floor Casa late on, and probably nick the fight.

Hamed would walk right to him. No need to pin him down. Casa would set a trap and Hamed would walk right in to it..boom good night.

Not sure if you really looking at the size difference and the foot work that MAB gave him so many problems what would CAsa do?

Yeah, I must admit, you have a point.

Casa would probably come into the ring close to 140, and Hamed had to fill his shorts with weights just to make 112 at the start of his career, and would probablly come in dead on 130 or perhaps under, something like 127/8 the most likely.

So that's 10lbs + in weight and a few significant inches in terms of height and reach, and given that Casa is a strong technical boxer in the MAB mold, it would be a long night for Hamed, who I still don't think would be stopped, because for most of his career he WAS very hard to hit and elusive because of his superior reflexes and speed.

But all things considered, and size being the key, Casa on points.
