Yes the other chap was lucky to have been in a VW Golf, just think if he had been in a shitty Rover 25 or the other cack they made at longbridge.

Not only did he drive well above the speed limit (making him an instant **** since you can never tell what might happen) and hurt someone, he LEFT THE SCENE. Bad enough to irresponsibly drive, but it's worse to try and escape the consequences.

Not only that, he has a long history of reckless driving. It's not like he was in a bad accident, learnt his lesson, and then turned into a model citizen. Also, his showboating always left a sour taste in my mouth: boxing is a sport where one can die in any fight; the last thing someone like Steve Robinson deserves is some prat trying to humiliate him.

 

There were other people at the scene who phoned for ambulance etc, Naz is not exactly a bonesetter who would have sorted Burgis out had he not left the scene to go home.

Not his fault Robinson was a 20 levels below him, so he could pick and choose which shots to destroy robinson with.
