Yeah that was funny seriously though would be an interesting fight if it got made. I have a feeling however his defence next month will be againts either Ben Jones or Rhys Roberts.

I think it's Jones by way he was speaking although he is to fight in Hove soon, i'd prefer Roberts for fact i wanna see him in with a mover. Jones is coming off a bad loss and i don't see him troubling Lee like he did a while ago. Jones reminds me a little of Froch stylistically with low lead left and certain movements.

He beats both, I think he smashed Murray to bits as well.

Yeah Jones is topping the bill fighting for some international super feather title but im sure he will pull out if the offer gets made to fight selby which is a shame because i have a good friend whos fighting on that bill and dont want it to get pulled on him. I think it would be pointless fighting Jones though and a step down considering he just got stopped in a round by Smith i think it would be a better idea to fight Rhys Roberts right now.

"No head shots where aloud in sparring".........I've read....."Prince Naseem Hamed, The Shadows of boxing, and those he left behind"

Prince Naseem Hamed, Roy Jones, Lennox Lewis, Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield..........all greater than Floyd Mayweather in my opinion.

Prince Naseem Hamed changed the game, had pure star quality. His antics and performances are forever burned into our minds, and the energy, excitement is still floating around somewhere in this universe on a sub atomic level.

I heard that Naz and Lewis just went and hit a punchbag machine and Naz came out as the winner. First I've heard of sparring.

I have heard that Naz sparked John Buster Keaton in sparring.

"Like i stated up above, they only ever body sparred. I wonder of Brendan Ingle still uses this method today..? I have called Brendan Ingle a complete ****** in the past but..? I see the positives of body sparring, on reflexes and co-ordination..? usually when somebody has a good defence, a fighter is advised to go to the body"

You couldn't even hit Prince Naseem Hamed in his prime, to the body all that well.

Prince Naseem Hamed & Roy Jones the most gifted fighters of the past 25 years.

Check 1:43 - 2:11. He's sparring with Clifton Mitchell, who was apparently a heavyweight.

(And yeah, I've heard that they only hit to the body during sparring in the Ingle gym. Dunno if that still goes on now.)
