this is a fight which I would love to have seen at super feather in the mid-late 90's.
    who takes it and how?

Well Nas never fought at 130 but if he had against Gatti at the time you've mentioned like the late 90's then I'd have to go with Nas getting up off the floor to win by stoppage. Nas was to unorthadox and unusual, Arturo was very hittable and would have eatin many powerful left hands by the Prince.

If the Prince trains hard and carries his power up, I'm afraid I see him KOing Gatti in the mid-rounds. You can't afford to be that hittable against that sort of power!!!

Naz was a pretty small guy, so at super featherweight (a division he'd never fought before) he would have been giving up alot of physical advantages to Gatti. But like others have mentioned, Gatti is pretty easy to hit. He might have a granite chin, but taking repeated bombs from a guy who held unnatural power, may take it's toll.

    TKO late rounds

I like Gatti..I think he would have been tough enough to trade with naz en route to a stoppage at 130...

Don't forget, Naz was pretty easy to hit too. Gatti fought very disciplined fights against Tracy Harris Patterson ,and was probably at his very best at 130. If Augie Sanchez could drop Naz , Gatti would have found that chin too. At 126 The Prince got off the floor a bunch of times to win, but would he have been as resiliant at 130 ? Still , the difference in natural talent was largely in Naz's favor and he probably would have won a decision.

Gatti was alot bigger than Naz and his size might have proven to be too much. I can't really pick a winner in this one.

    Gatti by KO!

altough I admit I'm very bias I'd pick Arturo over Klitschko aswell...

By the sounds of the interview I posted, this fight probably would have happened if Gatti had got by Manfredy.

As for my prediction, I think Naz probably would win but Gatti would definitely have a punchers chance. Naz TKO 6, but wouldn't be surprised if Gatti hurt him while catching him off-balance, would have been a fantastic fight.
