    I can only assume you're talking about the far less well know, Bob Hamed? :think

    Naseem Hamed - who by the time he fought Barerra was nowhere near prime - ate punches all night long and he kept getting up. A prime Hamed would have been a lot harder for Pacquiao to tag and, likely, even more durable...

    It would have been an intriguing match up...

    LOL I hope people finally realise that this matchup would end up in a one-sided beatdown.

    They were not equal in power at featherweight, I don't know what you people are talking about. Hamed had P4P one of the hardest punches in history. The fight would be stopped quite late with either coming coming out on top.

    This isn't the Pac of now, you idiots. It would be a war but Pacquiao wasn't nearly as well rounded and a devastating puncher as he is now.

    That said, I would go with Pac.

    PAC would win but I think it would be incredibly exciting with these two awkward styles that are power based. It would be Manny coming out the winner but I think Naz would have his moments.

    :lol::lol:
    Man you are an idiot. I dont know how you've made 10K posts with that utter nonsense.
    Now Hamed might lose I agree (though thats debatable since Pac was a different fight back then)
    But glass jaw??
    How many fights did Hamed lose by KO or TKO??
    How many times was he counted out on the canvas?

    My pick is this, just replace Barrera with Pacman and picture Hamed flying out of the right through the ropes ->

    Loved the way MAB returned all of "princes" previous disrepect and humiliation right back to his a$$. Loved it when he slammed him into the ring post. Funny how all of the prince's years of antics suddenly came to an end, shortly thereafter.

    I think that Hamed never defeated a TRUE world class opponent in his prime.

    Robinson was domestic class, Kelly past it, Johnson past it, Vazquez past it. He doesn't have a single win against a pound for pound entrant or a truely great fighter at his peak. When he did fight a great fighter he was humiliated!

    Therefore, even 65% of Pacquaio beats The Prince. I love Hamed but he ain't in Pacquiao's class, then or now!

    I always felt Pac would knock him out. Anyway, we've already had a thread to end all threads about this fight with a poll on it.
