    Best post so far

People forget how dangerous Hamed was

And forget how one dimensional and one handed Manny used to be

The current Manny is light years ahed of 03 Manny

Would that be the sensible ones picking Pac UD by any chance, or the ball sucking motor mouths picking Pac inside 5?:think

Pac by rediculously bloody and discustingly awsome 9 rd TKO. This would be one of the greatest featherweight fights of all time.

They are both very fast, very powerful and very unconventional. The prince probably has the better speed and much better power but to me the thing that would make Pacquiao the winner is his toughness and his relentless attack. I believe he could take the princes punches and would eventually overwhelm him.

Exactly what I was thinking. The funny thing is, I bet half of these haven't even watched Naz's prime fights.

Hamed was A great Showman and Very Hard Punscher but he was not a very Good Boxer Hamed was Great no Doubt i have love to see Him in the Ring , But Renember Marquez has Shool Hamed and Paquaio ist Very Faster and a Better Boxer Than Marquez. Paquaio would Destroy Hamed Very very Bad The Only chance what have Hamed to Beat Paquaio is Only a Lucky Punsch That is all
Hamed would never Outbox Paquaio in 12 Rounds that is sure Paquaio is Big Level for Hamed no doubt !!! But i Miss Hamed one of my Favorite Boxer ever :|:|:|:|

    :rofl:rofl

I dont think pacquaio had that shot in his arsenal back at FW/SFW.

Add to that hamed is faster than hatton, lightning reflexes and had a granite chine.

try watching his fights under the ingles.

    Exactly.

The 126 Pacquiao vs the 21 year old Naz = a tear up of epic proportions. No way one dominates the other.

Pac wins most of the time, but Naseem always has a puncher's chance against any fighter below jr. middle. That ****er could CRACK!

There are TWO things very wrong with his post. First off, NOBODY eats a 'lot of bombs' from Naseem Hamed. If he lands clean and flush with a hard shot, very very few people eat ONE bomb from Naseem Hamed. I thought Augie Sanchez was dead before he hit the floor. I don't think I've ever seen a boxer hit so hard that I was fearing for his life before his back ever touched the mat.

Two, Manny was never as one dimensional as people make him out to be at the lower weights. The main reason people think this is because his competition was much stiffer at the lower weight classes. MAB, EM and JMM are simply p4p much better than Cotto, Clottey and Hatton, and you're not going to look as good against them. Pac still had good head and foot movement, the main things he's added in the years since is that nasty right hook.

Can easily spot the guys who only been watching the sport since 08 too!

Pac would of been knocked out back then...he was vulnerable as shown by him getting knocked down and looking hurt a few fights before mab. Pacman was 100% offensive and had a very lazy defense

    Good post.

Everyone picking Pacman by ko Round 1,2 3 etc are on another planet. It could quite easily be The Prince by KO Round 1. Hamed was a huge puncher at his weight and Pac was not the monster he is now.

It would have been a brilliant fight, both very quick and very powerful with suspect defences. I'd probably go Pac by UD, but no way does Hamed get destroyed.

£70m in the bank and a celebrity lifestyle was the only thing that destroyed Hamed.
