 we all love simplifying things to a Youtube Clip dont we?
A knowledgable fan would realize that it was actually a much closer fight than the clips would suggest.
What did MAB win by, 4 rounds or so?
    Hardly a one sided blowout.

1 point deducting you forgot makes 4, one ref had it by 4 points which means 5 and 99% of people even wider. That make Hamed winning not more than 3 rounds

Nope. I've seen Vasquez, Alicia, Soto, Sanchez, Kelly, And yes Barrera. and a few British fighters, I can't recall the names.

Have you seen the Soto fight? Yeah, Hamed has getting his head snapped back nasty and had to resort to wrestling to change the momentum of the fight. After the fight Soto went up to Hamed and told him "Te faltan huevos guay!" translation "You need balls fool!"

Hamed couldn't beat him like a man, he resorted to dirty tactics and just recieved warnings maybe 1 point deduction if I remember. but he wasn't going to be DQ not in Detroit with all the Middle Easterners coming out to cheer him on.

Put Gamboa in the that position, and Hamed would of been overwhelmed just keeping on the outside leaping in and out trying to land something big to no avail.

I wouldn't of commented on this thread If I only saw 1 fight from Hamed or 1 fight from Gamboa.

i think gamboa is getting a little hyped here an established titlist with many high level wins

vs a guy who just won a title and still hasnt proven himself

The first time Hammed fought a live body he was schooled, Kelly was past his prime, still he managed to put him down a few times, d only reason he took that fight is because he thought Barrera was shot, after that fight he just fought one more time, and then we nver heard from him again until he killed that man, and he was in his prime, Soto was right.

:deal. Gamboa obviously more skillful and the better boxer, but Naz was a naturally strong little guy and had an awkward, unorthodox style only a master like Barrera could break down. Gamboa is not on a level of Barrera yet and he does get lured into unnecessary fights, having to work harder than he has to. Gamboa is athletically top notch, but I don't think he's the smartest guy out there and neither was Naz, but I'll give Gamboa the edge as the better one to adapt. Gamboa's best bet would be to outbox Naz, because Naz would mostly drop bombs one punch at a time and he definitely did punch harder than Gamboa, but then he might of punched harder than Barrera. I don't think Gamboa is that smart or patient yet and no way he knocks out Hamed. I have to see more of Gamboa. Naz also liked to bully his opponents and het inside their head. If he pissed off Gamboa and got to him he might of made Gamboa fight with more urgency and make more mistakes, with multiple knockdowns on both sides. This is a hard pick, but I think I'll go with a razor hair split decision for Gamboa. His skills, heart, speed, and power would have to be on full display in order for someone of his caliber to beat Naz. What I am sure is Naz was the better puncher hands down.

50/50 fight. Dont think it would go the distance once if they fought 10 times.
