    Many Elite boxers take it easy on the bag & use that time to think of strategy, lots of non-boxing people shake the building beating up on the helpless bag. Prince Patel was doing a contained aggression drill, seen elite boxers walk around the bag lightly tapping it...means nothing...

    Judge a boxer by his fights & boxing record, not the punching bag!

    Yes. I actually remember watching him in the 2006 Olympics. In fact, I remember watching all the gold medal bouts and many of the ones from earlier stages of the competition too with surprising clarity. That was the first time I ever watched Olympic boxing and I have very fond memories of it.

    It looked to me like neither Loma or Rigo had a clue who Kovacs was when Arum introduced him to them, but his amateur credentials are extremely impressive too.

    There's footage of Sugar Ray Robinson shadow boxing as his running, quite common footage. You wouldn't of thought he was p4p no 1 watching it. Dreadful !
