Berto was legitimately a stratospherically highly rated amateur. Out of the whole pro class 2 years in either direction of his age, he was 2nd only to Andre Ward in the US. He even beat Dirrell. Dirrell was another seeming can't miss AM.

100% agree. Most likely Prince Patel is a low-grade replica of Amir Khan. Not as skilled, with a less sturdy chin. I bet the first solid punch on that bum's chin and he'd fold like a lawn chair.

There must be a reason why he travels all the way to Hungary to fight for tiny purses in halls with no audience whatsoever.

 

I was only comparing the braggadocios attitude of Patel, not the boxing skills. I recognize that Patel is lacking in a ton of areas where Hamed excelled, especially in the power department. People like arrogant **** talkers and if he was lined up against a few bums and got some mic time he would be a superstar over here in no time.
