couple of questions.. does prison boxing tournaments exist much these days ? is prison boxing in america essentially unlicensed boxing ?...it follows amateur rules...or did...but headgear was optional and outside of prisons....is unlicensed boxing in america illegal..unlike the uk where its not illegal ?
