I have always liked Dilks but he does seem to freeze a bit and it will be a livelly crowd.

I will be watching this space with interest but I doubt you will be back round after his DeGale like pasting he's about to receive.

Yer so am I. Am going just for this fight, the Prizefighter is a bonus. Think am going to lob a couple of quid on Derry. He's got the good draw with the most rest plus with the possibility of Crolla and Sykes going all out in the semi's

I couldn't make the weigh in, it was in St Georges hall which was fair bit of a walk from my work. Didnt have long enough on me dinner.

I am going against popular opinion. Patrick Liam Walsh is my pick. He is very strong, hits hard and starts really fast, perfect for prizefighter. Colye could be one to watch too, very fluid bouncy amatuer style, again good for prizefighter.

I think Fielding will hammer Dilks personally.

As for PF, I think Derry will finally do it... he's ideally suited to this format IMO.

His chin will always be his achilles heel along with that nose, but he's only got to survive three rounds and there doesn't appear to be anyone in there with the power to bang him out in time.

Crolla is probably the best fighter in the competition but as I've said before, with that style he was an accident waiting to happen, and so it proved. He'd be better off not having a trainer or working with Vince Cleverly, for all the good that Gallagher has done him.
