    Just got back from the weigh in courtesy of Jamie Smith. Got speaking to Choi, Spencer, Ciaran Baynes and Ben Doughty. All proper nice blokes and made me feel right at home.

    Choi looked great at the weigh in. Tris Dixon said he thought Choi looked slower, but he looked physically great today. I can see him steam rolling this lot, who are nowhere near British title level.

    I'll say one thing, I hope I'm on his shape when I'm 40! I honestly think he knocks out every one of these guys 2morra.

    think ryes roberts as the skills to make choi look bad but if choi catches him it could be lights out,baily and choi will be a tear up both come forward fighters.

    I'm hearing it's the vacant IBO title next, then a unification with Billy Dib down under :happy :ibutt
