Nope, first fight wasn't great, ended in a robbery and neither of them was going to win the tournament.

Is it me or does anyone else think Devon Alexander looks like Paul Ince??

 

I'm hoping that they have a video of Devon Alexander giving the "tough upbringing" spiel when he is wearing that horrible old man gold sweater.

 

The first could have been called even, though I thought Slate just edged it. The other 2 he clearly won. God knows what those 2 judges were watching.

 

This Davies has come across as a real dick in these interviews.

Devon sounds like a ******.

 

The last prizefighter was special because it had a few guys with genuine potential (Derry Mathews, Scott Lawton etc) and the current British champion (Gary Sykes). Plus a few struggled to make the weight which led to a few knockouts making it more entertaining. That and an against the odds win for Gary Buckland in the end with that quick knockout of Sykes.

After the judging in the first fight, I'm glad I've got no money on any of this tonight. I like Travis in this one though
